Millis Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Android version of Millis, provided by Mehmet Özay under Keşkül Mobile Apps. By using the game, you agree to these terms. Contact support@keskulmobileapps.com with questions.

Using the game

You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to install and play the game in accordance with these terms and Google Play's terms. You must be old enough to consent in your location, or use the game with the permission of a parent or guardian. Play safely and take breaks.

Fair play and ownership

Do not use the game to conduct unlawful activity, manipulate advertising traffic, distribute malicious modifications or infringe another person's rights. The game's original artwork, code and branding remain the property of their owners. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law gives you, including permitted interoperability or security research.

Advertising and cost

The game is supported by advertising. Your device, internet provider or mobile carrier may charge for connectivity. Ads are provided by third parties; following an ad may take you to a separate service with its own terms. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular ad.

Progress and updates

Progress is stored locally. Resetting data, changing devices or uninstalling may remove progress. We may update game balance, levels, language content and compatibility. Word lists and translations may be corrected over time; the game is entertainment and is not an accredited language-learning or cognitive-health service.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the game reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation on every device or that every defect will be eliminated. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and ending use

Read the Privacy Policy for local storage, advertising and support data practices. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time. We may discontinue or restrict services where necessary for legal or security reasons. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, in the app. For support or a complaint, email us so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from using legal remedies available in your country.
